Olive Garden.
I went to the Olive Garden and was not impressed. My husband and I spent 50 bucks on pasta. One dish each he had a beer and we both had soda. I could have cooked better pasta than they served us for a lot less than 50 dollars. Outback Steakhouse may be the same I do not know. If it's a date try cooking for them at your place. Alot more romantic.
I would pick a Japanese restaurant. Pick a nice restaurant where the food is different or Japanese fusion and the restaurant has a type of fun or romantic flare to it. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Japanese food; it always tastes good since the Japanese are such perfectionists, especially at a nicer restaurant.

Definitely the Olive Garden...... Just got back from vacation where we went to the Olive Garden the first evening with friends. It was great as usual. Everyone had a great time with good food.
Steakhouse. Men love steak and as far as Olive Garden, not so good, way over priced for the grease you get. Plus steakhouse is alot healthier than a bunch of carbs. you don't want to be way over stuffed with pasta. Gotta save room for dessert!
I would go to Olive Garden.
Outback or Japanese restaurant for a date.

Olive Garden for anniversary.
