I'm craving Hibachi Chicken from the Japanese SteakHouse!?

Does anyone know how to make it? I know chicken, mushrooms, and soy sauce but its been do long I can't remember what else they put in it. I also want to make fried rice...any suggestions on recipes for that also?I'm craving Hibachi Chicken from the Japanese SteakHouse!?
