What is Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse Like?

I know about how the chefs cook in front of you but what i want to know is what food will be served? My brother says that they give you some food before the actual entree but what I want to know is what food they cook for you before the actual meal? What is Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse Like?
Yum. It's been several years since I've been to Kobe as last time I went I got food poisining from the chicken. But with most Japanese Steak houses, they serve you like a selection of sauteed veggies (bean sprouts, carrots, onions, squash, etc.), and a small bowl of fried shrimp. However - before the meal, you get a bowl of miso or broth soup, and a salad. Then comes the cook with the food and you also get a bowl of rice. usually they have a couple selection of different sauces you can put on your rice and your food. Then he cooks your meal (whatever you pick - teriyaki steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster, scallops, etc). Then after the meal you usually get 1 scoop of like sherbet ice cream. Its alot of food and its GREAT! This is my favorite type of restauraunt.
Oh - and when they do the shrimp before the entree - they like to squish a few and throw them at the guests to catch in their mouth. Plus most chefs make a fire. They like stack a few onions, put lots of oil in it and light it up so its like a volcano. Pretty cool
