I've eaten at Kobe, a Japanese steakhouse, for many years and have always wondered how exactly they season their chicken when cooking it on the Hibachi grill. Does any one know what spices/sauces they put on their chicken when cooking?Kobe Steakhouse Chicken?
According to their menu teriyaki sauce, lemon butter sauce or Asian BBQ sauce.
