Okay, I was reading shojo beat then there was this section on Japanese treats for summer. There was this one that was vegan. It had jelly cubes made of agar-agar, red bean paste and topped with fruit. Can you help remember the name? My family wants to go to a new Japanese and Tai steakhouse that just opened up and I need something to order that I would like.Can you help me remember the name of this Japanese treat?
In America people call it Anmitsu but in Japan people call it "fruit punch"(they use the English words).
