What is a nice good restaurant in Pittsburgh?

I'm going to be home for a couple of weeks for my leave from Iraq, and I want to find a very nice restaurant where my fiance and I could get dressed up real nice (like shirt and tie nice) and go out to eat for a special night before we start going around to see every one. And if you can give us a nice place to go and have a few drinks afterwards aswell, that would be nice.What is a nice good restaurant in Pittsburgh?

i live in mt. washington and there are a ton of places up on grandview ave that are very nice and very good. and you have the BEAUTIFUL view of the city! you can even park in station square and ride the incline up and back down (last ride on the incline is midnight, though). there are a few bars (and a nice gelato place) within walking distance down shiloh st. if you come up here, there is a metered lot on shiloh st, and street parking (far and few between), and some restaurants have parking lots/valets.
