Any good and interesting cheap places to eat in downtown pittsburgh??

My husband and 10 yr old son are going to downtown pgh for the day and are wondering if there are any good affordable restaurants to grab lunch. Something other than chain restaurants--ie NO McDonalds. :)Any good and interesting cheap places to eat in downtown pittsburgh??
If you really want to experience Pittsburgh, you need to go Primanti Brothers. It's really a cool place to eat if you haven't been there already. There signature sandwiches are amazing. Check out the link for locations downtown.



Also a great place to grab some lunch is Monte Cellos pizza located on Liberty Avenue.
