What is the OBAMA administration's obsession with Pittsburgh?

Suddenly decided to hold G20 in Pittsburgh. The inaugural meeting of the G-20 took place in Berlin, on December 1516, 1999, hosted by German and Canadian finance ministers.)



In bed with UPMC (university of Pittsburgh Medical Center) which is basically taking over the world. Meeting often with UPMC officials. PNC BANK is also getting bigger and bigger (last I heard was 4th largest in US) and continues to take over other banks with gov't bailout help.

Made steeler owners ambassador to Ireland.



Raves about Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh restaurants, even had his chef come to pittsburgh to learn to make food from his fav pittsburgh restaurant.What is the OBAMA administration's obsession with Pittsburgh?
As a native Pittsburgher (now living in New York City), I loathe this choice, because my lovely city will be torn apart and vandalized by protesters. I may agree with their causes, but to wreck my city will be a damn shame.
They have to have the meeting somewhere.



What is your problem with Pittsburgh?

It's as good as anywhere else.



There is a convention center with meeting rooms, and hotels, and restaurants.
