What is your opinion illegal Mexican fleeing the scene of an accident involving injury failure to render aid?

An undocumented Mexican immigrant is charged with fleeing the scene of a motorcycle accident that badly injured a co-worker Monday night, state police at Greensburg said.

Marco Mendoza, 18, of Greensburg, allegedly fled the scene of an accident that injured Omar Sanchez, 24, also of Greensburg. Sanchez suffered injuries to his head and face. He was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, in Pittsburgh, where he was listed in fair condition Wednesday.

The men are employees of El Patron Mexican Grill, on Route 30 in Hempfield, state police said in a criminal complaint. The men were leaving work and hopped on Mendoza's borrowed motorcycle about 11 p.m. Monday.

Mendoza lost control of the Suzuki GSX-R, braked too hard and flipped it in the parking lot outside the restaurant, police said. Both men were thrown from the bike. Sanchez, who was not wearing a helmet, hit his head on a curb. Mendoza suffered minor injuries.

In a criminal complaint filed before Hempfield District Judge Mark Mansour, Trooper Matthew Hartman said that when he arrived at the crash scene, the motorcycle was gone. He said he spoke with another restaurant worker, Fernando Lopez, who told him that Sanchez had called him after the crash and asked for help. Lopez told the trooper that when he arrived, Sanchez seemed confused and Lopez called 911.

Lopez told Hartman that several of the restaurant workers lived together in a house on Euclid Avenue, in Greensburg. There, workers who said they witnessed the crash, told the trooper that Mendoza had stowed the motorcycle inside the restaurant.

Hartman asked Lopez to find Mendoza. About 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, they met at the restaurant, where Mendoza showed the trooper the bike.

Mendoza admitted to being involved in the accident and said he is an undocumented immigrant, Hartman said.

Mendoza, who had suffered injuries to his arms and a knee, allowed the trooper to call an ambulance. State police did not specify the hospital to where Mendoza was taken.

Mendoza faces charges of fleeing the scene of an accident involving injury; failure to render aid; failure to notify police; driving without a license; and careless driving. State police did not say whether U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had been notified that Mendoza is in the country illegally.

A social worker at UPMC Presbyterian told state police Tuesday that Sanchez was "very confused" and could not provide information about his identity.

My opinion is that this scum is like every other illegal mexican invader.
an example of why we need to close the border %26amp; deal with the illegals not just from Mexico or other south or central america countries but in general. No tracking no accountablity when illegals. What is your opinion illegal Mexican fleeing the scene of an accident involving injury failure to render aid?
It doesn't matter that he was an illegal...he was a human being and someone was injured because of his actions...he had a moral obligation not to leave the scene, illegal or not.
its my opinion hispanics aren't human, they have no dignity
Happens all the time. One reason why we pay out the nose for insurance!! Seal our borders and enforce our immigration laws, Go AZ!!!
i think that it is f--ked up
It's a cultural thing! I checked some countries websites and the majority of them warn about this kind of thing if you are visiting Mexico! They hit you and leave you in the street to die. It's just the way things are done in Mexico! They also warn about how bad Mexican drivers are and how they like to drive under the influence!

Therefore he should be released because they are discriminating against his culture! NOT!
