Has anyone ever had a meal at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse in MN or FL? Do you agree the food is worth the money?

I had better food and service at Sakari in Bowie,MD..and they arent that good
The Florida location which I went to.... the chef didnt even ask how I wanted my steak cooked (got it medium well), the veggies were over cooked and over oily, the rice was almost burnt..but he did make a mean onion volcano and nice tool flipping
